Delivery

All goods sold at the e-store can be picked up from all Norman-Optika stores. Please see the locations of the stores of Norman-Optika and the opening times here.

Other methods for receiving your goods include:

  • Parcels abroad € 15.
    The parcel is issued to the recipient at their place of residence or at their location against signature. One attempt is made to deliver. If the parcel cannot be handed over, a note about arrival of the parcel is left in the recipient’s mailbox, on the basis of which the parcel is issued to the recipient at the post office specified in the note. We ship internationally!
  • Omniva’s parcel terminals € 3.5 (for purchases from € 100 FREE OF CHARGE, only deliveries within Estonia).
    When the parcel has arrived at the terminal at the destination, the recipient is notified by a text message to his or her mobile phone. The recipient comes to the terminal, enters the received code for the door and the door opens. The locations of Omniva’s terminals can be found here..
  • Itella SmartPost terminal € 3.5 (for purchases from € 100 FREE OF CHARGE, only deliveries within Estonia).
    When the parcel has arrived at the terminal at the destination, the recipient is notified by a text message to his or her mobile phone. The recipient comes to the terminal, enters the received code for the door and the door opens. The locations of Itella SmartPost terminals can be found here..
  • Courier € 5.5 (for purchases from € 200 FREE OF CHARGE, only deliveries within Estonia).
    The recipient of the goods is contacted by phone and a suitable date and time slot is agreed for delivery of the goods. One attempt is made to deliver. If the parcel cannot be handed over, a note about arrival of the parcel is left in the recipient’s mailbox, on the basis of which the parcel is issued to the recipient at the post office specified in the note.

Delivery times

Picking up from the stores of Norman-Optika:

  • Products which are available in the selected store can be picked up from the store as soon as possible on the same day. You will be e-mailed a confirmation when the product is ready for picking up from the store.
  • Products which are not available in the selected store, within 1-5 working days. You will be e-mailed a confirmation when the product is ready for picking up from the store.

Picking up from Omniva’s and Itella Smartpost terminals:

  • If the product is available in the store(s) in Tallinn and the order is placed before 2PM on a working day (before 4PM in the case of contact lenses and maintenance equipment), it is dispatched on the same day and will arrive at the terminal on the following day. 
  • Products which are not available in the store(s) in Tallinn, within 3-5 working days.

  • Currently we are shipping parcels via Estonian post registered maxi letter. Delivery time is 1-4 weeks depending on the destination.
